HOW TO SAVE A POWERPOINT PRESENTATION
Saving a presentation is one of the most important steps while working in Microsoft PowerPoint. When you save your presentation ,all the slides, text, images, animations, and formatting are stored safely on your computer so you can open and edit them later.

PowerPoint presentations are usually saved with the PPTX Files format.
SAVE A POWERPOINT PRESENTATION
1. Click on the File Tab
First, Open your presentation and go the File tab located in the top-left corner of the Power Point window.
This will open the Backstage View, Where you can manage your file.
2. Select "Save "or "Save as"
You will see two options
- Save -Saves the presentation with the current name and location .
- Save as- Lets you choose a new name, location, or format for the file.

- USB Drive
- One Drive (Cloud Storage)
- PowerPoint Presentation .(pptx)-Default format
- PowerPoint Show(.ppsx)-Opens directly in slideshow mode
- PDF(.pdf)- For sharing or printing
- PowerPoint 97-2003 Presentation(.ppt)-For older versions
