REMOVE FORMATTING IN MS WRD FROM ANY PASTED TEXT

                  HOW TO REMOVE ANY PASTED TEXT IN MS WORD? 

           Whenever text is copied from any other source, the original formatting is retained when   it is placed into Microsoft Word. For instance, if you were t highlight the text on this page and place it into a word document , this text would still be in bold, and this text would still be in blue.
Selected the text in Microsoft Word from which you want to remove formatting and press the keyboard shortcut CTRL +SPACEBAR  on a Window  computer. This resets the text  the default font and removes formatting and links in one click.
      
Select the text in Microsoft word from which you want to remove formatting and press the keyboard shortcut CTRL +SPACEBAR on a windows computer. This resets the text to the default font and removes formatting and links in one click . 

In case of Microsoft Word , to remove the formatting from any text, just highlight the text and press keyboard shortcut CTRL +SPACEBAR  in Windows. This sets the text to the default font and removes format and links. 

NOTE :
Unfortunately , at the time writing, there's no keyboard shortcut in macros to clear formatting. Instead, highlight the text , then on the Edit menu, click clear, then select clear formatting . 

Alternatively ,you can also paste the text with no formatting , in Microsoft word after you have copied text but haven't pasted it yet, by using the option paste special or keep text only option .Tip in the newest versions of Microsoft word, the CTRL +SHIFT +V keyboard shortcut can paste ant text copied to the clipboard as plain text.
