In this artical , you will learn how to set up a shortcut key within MS Word in order to switch between fonts easily and accelerate your typing. 

How to create Shortcut keys for krutidev & Arial in MS Word                                                                               

STEP 1:- Open MS Word
Start MS  Word and open any document.



STEP 2:- Go to the  File→ Option 


STEP 3:-Click on Custom Ribbon


STEP 4:Click on Custmize 


STEP 5 Choose the Command Caregry
Categories →font→arial →Press new shortcut


STEP 6:- Press New Unique Shortcut Key, press the key combination you want Example :-                      CTRL+SHIFT +E (for English typing in arial font)



STEP 7:- Now you can do same process for do Hindi typing, press the key combination you want 
         example :- CTRL+SHIFT +H (for Hindi typing in kruti dev font )




when you press CTRL +SHIFT +E , MS Word starts typing in English 



when you press CTRL +SHIFT +H then MS Word starts typing in Hindi
