                     PARTS OF MS EXCEL WINDOW 

MS EXCEL KYA HAI?

Microsoft excel ek spreadsheet software hai jo ki Microsoft dawara banaya gaya hai.Iska use data ko store, orgnize calculate or analyze krne ke liye kiya jata hai. yeh ek simple spreadsheet program hai jisme rows aur column ko data ke form me manage karke calculation aur analysis kiya jata hai .



MS EXCEL WINDOW PARTS 

Microsoft Excel ka interface different parts se milker bana hota hai. Har part ka aur har tab me apna apna kam hota hai . 

1. Title Bar 

Title bar wo part hota hai jisme current workbook (file)ka naam aur application ka naam display hota hai. Yeh screen ke sbse upr hoti hai.


Example:- Book 1- Excel  


2. Quick Access ToolBar

 MS Excel me ek customize toolbar hai jisme frequency used commands rakhe jate hain taki unhe quickly access kiya ja sake. 

  • Save:- iska use File ko save karne ke liye kiya jata hai.

  • Undo :- Last action ko cancel karne ke liye.
  • Redo :- Undo ko wapas lane ke liye
  • NEW :- New file open krne ke liye 

3.Minimize, Maximize,Close

i) Minimize :- Minimize ek aisa button hai jo Excel ko screen se hide krke taskbar me bejh  deta hai, bina program ko band kiye. 

  ii) Maximize:- Maximize button excel window ko poori screen me expand kar deta hai. 



iii) Close:- Close button Excel window ya workbook ko completly band kar deta hai. 

4.MS EXCEL RIBBON 

Ribbon Excel window ka wo hissa hai jo top mein hota hai aur jisme different tabs aur unke tools orgnized form mein hote hai. 






5. ROW & COLUMNS /CELL

ROWS
Rows horizontal mein hoti hain. yeh left se right tk jati hai . Excel mein rows ko number(1,2,3,4) se identify kiya jata hai. 
Example :- Row 1, Row2, Row 3....

COLUMN:- 

Column vertical mein hote hain. yeh top se bottom tak jaati hain. column ko letters (A,B,C,D......)se identify kiya jata hai. 

CELL

MS Excel mein cell jab row or column intersect karte hain, toh waha ek cell banata hai. 
Example:- A1=Column A+ Row 1
                   B2=Column B+ Row 2]

6.NORMAL VIEW, PAGE LAYOUT VIEW, PAGE BREAK PREVIEW

  •  NORMAL VIEW: Ye Excel ka default aur sbse zyada use hone wala view hai. 
  • PAGE LAYOUT  VIEW

Yeh view aapko Excel sheet ko exact print format mein dikhata hai. ise page margin clear dikhte hai

  • PAGE BREAK PREVIEW

Is view mein aapko dikhi deta hai ki data kaunse pages mein divide hoga jab print karege , isme page layout mein blue lines show hoti hai. 

iv) ZOOM 
yeh sheet ko bada ya chote format me dikhata hai . 


7.FILE  

File Tab wo selection hai  Jahan se workbook ko create ,open save, print aur share kiya jata hai . File tab ka use nayi workbook ko create karne ke liye kiya jata hai . Isme hum Blank ya template choose kar skte hai . 




i)OPEN 
isme hum apni save file ko open karne ke liye karte hai . yahan  hume recent file bhi dikh jati hai.



ii)SAVE / SAVE AS

SAVE:- Yeh current file ko save krta hai 
SAVE AS:- Is option me hum file ko naya naam ya nayi location me save kar skte hai . 



iii)PRINT
Print option me hum kisi bhi file ko print kar skte hai  or sath mein print preview bhi dekh skte hai.



iv)SHARE 
File ko email ya cloud ke through share kar skte hai. 




v)EXPORT
File ko PDF Ya dusre formats me convert kar skte hai



vi)CLOSE 
Current file jo bhi open hai use close krne ke liye hum is atab 

vii)OPTION 

Ms excel me kisi bhi setting ko change karne ke liye hum option ka use karte hai isme hum (Langauage , Formulas, Proofing) ki setting kar skte hai.  

CONCLUSION
