 HOW TO COPY MICROSOFT EXCEL DATA TO MICROSOFT WORD 

After entering data into a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet ,you can easily copy that data and paste it into a Microsoft Word document . Copying and pasting data from Excel to word saves time because you don't need to create a blank table in Word or re-enter the data manually.

Steps to Copy data from excel

1. Open the excel spreadsheet containing data. 



2. Select the cells or table you want to copy. 



3. Press CTRL on the keyboard or right -click and choose copy.


4. open your   Microsoft word document ,and place the cursor where you want to insert the data.



6. Press Ctrl +V or  right -click and select Paste.    

Then you can see your MS Excel data move to MS word easily.
